Klub 86 at the Young Entrepreneurs in Action Youth Exchange

Between 17–25 August 2025, a group of motivated young people from Klub 86 (Slovakia) took part in the international Erasmus+ youth exchange Young Entrepreneurs in Action, hosted by Ingens Risus in the beautiful mountainous area of Izvoare, Romania.

As part of the E29 Network, Klub 86 proudly contributed to this vibrant program by sending 10 participants and 1 group leader, who quickly became one of the most active and engaged teams of the mobility.

What This Youth Exchange Was About

Young Entrepreneurs in Action was created as a dynamic space where young people could explore entrepreneurship through creativity, teamwork, and real-life challenges. The learning approach was fully based on non-formal education, encouraging participants to develop confidence, initiative, and innovative thinking—skills essential for building future opportunities.

Highlights From the Program

Participants learned to reshape ideas and reinvent everyday objects using the SCAMPER creative-thinking technique.

Through group missions and problem-solving tasks, participants strengthened their leadership, cooperation, and strategic thinking skills.

Teams created their own product, developed a mini business model, built branding elements, and “sold” their ideas in a simulated entrepreneurial market.

Participants improved their public speaking and storytelling skills, learning how to present concepts clearly and persuasively.

A session dedicated to wellbeing, responsible behavior, and staying grounded in an increasingly digital world.

The Slovak team shined with a warm and engaging presentation of Slovak traditions, music, fun facts, and treats—helping everyone connect through culture.

Why This Experience Matters

For the Slovak participants, the exchange was a meaningful learning journey that led to:

  • Boosted confidence
  • Stronger communication and collaboration skills
  • New friendships across multiple countries
  • Greater creativity and adaptability
  • A clearer understanding of their talents and potential

Beyond entrepreneurship, the experience strengthened personal growth and cultural understanding.
